Introduction and Usage Specifications of Nylon Staple Fiber

        Nylon, also known as Nylon fiber or Polyamide (PA), is a general term for thermoplastic resins with repeating amide groups —[NHCO]— on the molecular main chain. Nylon staple fiber refers to nylon fibers cut into short filaments. To blend with other fibers, chemical fibers are usually cut into segments ranging from several centimeters to over ten centimeters, which are commonly called nylon staple fibers.

Five Characteristics of Nylon Staple Fiber

         Nylon staple fiber features low density, feeling light as feather and soft as cashmere. With a moisture regain of around 4.5%, it boasts good moisture absorption and dyeability. It also delivers natural cool touch, antibacterial property and excellent elasticity.

Three Usage Notes for Nylon Staple Fiber

1. Washing Instructions: Water temperature shall not exceed 40℃. Avoid bleach and strong acidic/alkaline detergents.

2. Prevent Abrasion: Keep away from sharp objects to prevent scratches and damage.

3. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged sun exposure causes color fading; store and use away from direct sunlight.
