Batch Delivery of Hydrolysis-Resistant Polyester Monofilaments for High-End Spiral Meshes
Recently, our company completed quality inspection and bulk delivery of high hydrolysis-resistant polyester monofilaments. As core raw materials exclusively used for high-end spiral meshes, the upgraded products are optimized for harsh working conditions of industrial drying, dewatering and filtration with higher stability and durability.
Compared with ordinary polyester monofilaments, this upgraded version adopts modified raw materials and precise shaping technology to achieve excellent hydrolysis resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, as well as high temperature and humidity tolerance. It maintains stable long-term operation in complex scenarios including papermaking drying, sludge dewatering, printing and dyeing drying, and chemical filtration, effectively solving common defects of traditional monofilaments such as brittleness, relaxation and short service life. Featuring uniform wire diameter, good flexibility and superior formability, the monofilaments perfectly adapt to the circular weaving process of spiral meshes, producing mesh surfaces with flat texture, uniform air permeability and stable pores for outstanding dewatering and filtration performance.
