High Strength Abrasion Resistant Polyester Monofilament for Stable Operation of Industrial Spiral Mesh
Recently, our factory finished production and inspection of industrial-grade polyester monofilaments customized for spiral mesh manufacturers. The product range includes 0.7mm, 0.9mm polyester round monofilament and 0.81×2.3mm polyester flat monofilament, which serve as core raw materials for looping and threading in spiral mesh production.
Industrial spiral mesh runs continuously under tough working conditions such as sewage filtration, papermaking dewatering and material conveying. It sets strict requirements on tensile strength, wear resistance and dimensional consistency of monofilament. We optimized formula and drawing technology targeting the pain points of spiral mesh long-term operation. The 0.7mm round monofilament features good flexibility and excellent bending resistance. 0.9mm round monofilament and 0.81×2.3mm flat monofilament have uniform cross-section. They improve structural stability of finished spiral mesh, lower deformation rate and extend mesh service life.
During production, multiple inspection procedures are implemented to test filament tolerance, breaking strength and surface defects batch by batch. Finished goods are packed with moisture-proof materials and loaded properly to avoid damage during storage and sea transportation. All departments cooperate closely from order confirmation to shipment to guarantee lead time and product consistency.
