Custom Polyester Monofilament Shipped for Weaving Paper Forming Wire and Spiral Wire

        Recently, a batch of high-performance polyester monofilament from our company has completed production, physical and chemical property testing and protective packaging, and been loaded and shipped to the customer’s factory. This batch of polyester monofilament serves as the core raw material for weaving paper forming wire and polyester spiral wire, supplying high-quality substrate for paper machine fabric production.

       The delivered polyester monofilament is produced with a special formula. It features high tensile strength, low elongation, hydrolysis resistance, wear resistance and excellent dimensional stability. The monofilament boasts a smooth and uniform surface to meet the requirements of high-speed weaving. The formed wire woven from this monofilament has uniform mesh and stable dewatering performance to guarantee paper sheet formation quality. The spiral wire made of the same monofilament has outstanding air permeability and good deformation resistance. It is suitable for the drying section of paper machines and improves drying efficiency.

        During order production, our QC team carried out item-by-item sampling inspection on key parameters including monofilament diameter, breaking strength, elongation and thermal shrinkage rate to strictly control quality. The products are packed with moisture-proof materials and firmly secured for long-distance transportation to ensure the filaments arrive intact at the customer’s weaving workshop.

         The service life and operating stability of forming wire and spiral wire largely depend on the quality of polyester monofilament substrate. Reliable monofilament supply helps mesh manufacturers reduce filament breakage and fuzzing, extending the service life of finished mesh belts.
